My Glory Mount Colah

Belonging starts here

At My Glory Mount Colah, we believe inclusion means more than simply being present. It means having the opportunity to participate, contribute, make decisions and belong. Our Mount Colah office is a welcoming hub where people of all abilities come together to build skills, grow in confidence and form genuine connections in their local community.

Our approach

Through our Let’s Programs, everyday activities become real-life opportunities for growth. Whether it’s getting out into the community, learning something new, trying a creative pursuit, or giving back as a volunteer, each experience is designed to build independence and confidence while having fun.

We don’t want people’s only connections to be with paid supports or disability services. That’s why we work alongside local businesses, community organisations, volunteers and groups to help participants build natural friendships and a genuine sense of belonging in the wider community.

Capacity building in action

Every activity is an opportunity to develop practical, lifelong skills, such as making choices, communicating with others, managing money, working as part of a team and navigating the community. The activity creates the opportunity, and each person’s individual strengths and goals give it purpose.

Have your say

We are proud to be a participant-led organisation. Our Participant-Led Committee welcomes people of different abilities, experiences and perspectives. No committee experience is needed, you can bring a support worker or mentor with you, and you do not need to be an NDIS participant to join.

Supporting you through NDIS changes

With changes to the NDIS being introduced, we know many participants, families and carers have questions. We hold free community information sessions that explain the reforms in plain English, share practical examples and give you the chance to ask questions, because understanding your plan, your rights and your options matters.
