Meet Susanne.
Registered Counsellor | Parenting & Family Specialist
Susanne is experienced in supporting individuals and families impacted by neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, domestic violence and major life transitions.
She is a Registered Counsellor and a facilitator of the Tuning In To Kids and Circle of Security parenting programs. She also works as a Relationship Educator with Relationships Australia.
Her additional training includes child and adolescent mental health, family systems, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), creative therapies, grief and loss, and suicide intervention.
Susanne’s Approach
Susanne’s approach is calm, practical and compassionate. She focuses on strengths, personal goals and skill-building to support greater independence and improved quality of life.
She works at each participant’s pace, adapting sessions to suit individual needs, communication styles and developmental stages. Her aim is to help participants and families feel understood, capable and supported.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a rapidly growing, evidence-based therapy that helps people understand and work with different “parts” of themselves, often used to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation.
Program Facilitator
Susanne is a trained facilitator of two evidence-based parenting programs focused on emotional development and secure attachment. This work strengthens connection, builds trust and supports healthier family relationships.
Breaking Free of Busy
Susanne is the author of Breaking Free of Busy, a practical resource that supports parents to better manage time, emotional load and the demands of family life.
