With a strong understanding of the nervous system, Lena integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness and gentle micro-practices to support emotional regulation and self-awareness. Her sessions are designed to help clients reconnect with themselves, understand underlying patterns, and develop tools for self-regulation.

Lena’s Approach
Lena works with NDIS participants of all ages who are navigating disability, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and life transitions, supporting them with a warm, reflective approach that is grounded in nervous system awareness.
Her approach is collaborative and matches each participant’s pace, creating a safe space for exploration and growth. Her aim is to help clients reconnect with themselves, feel more regulated and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

7+ Years in the Industry
With over seven years of experience working within the disability sector, Lena has developed a practical understanding of the systems, challenges and strengths of NDIS participants. This experience allows her to provide informed, realistic support that aligns with individual goals and the broader NDIS framework.
Craniosacral Therapist
Lena is trained in Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle, body-based modality that supports nervous system regulation and recovery from stress and overwhelm. This training enhances her ability to recognise how stress and trauma can present physically, allowing her to support clients in developing greater emotional balance and resilience.
ICM Practitioner
Lena holds qualifications in Integrative Complementary Medicine, supporting a whole-person approach that considers the connection between emotional wellbeing, physical health and lifestyle factors. This enables her to explore underlying contributors to stress and support clients with practical strategies that promote sustainable, long-term wellbeing.
